The Advanced Staff Support Script, produced by J.G. Development Services, is a script that utilises FiveM's base-game chat feature, and Discord Webhooks (optional). With the use of slash(/) commands, members can request support from staff members. Staff members (using slash(/) commands) can respond to the staff requests using a built-in UI.

What makes our Script Advanced?

- Our script allows staff to automatically teleport to members upon request acceptance

- Our script utilises JG_Discord_API_v2, to confirm that only certain roles can use certain slash(/) commands in the chat, making sure that regular community members are unable to access staff-dedicated slash(/) commands

- Our script also can be integrated with the "postal" script, created by RedRumModifications, this is an optional version. The postal version will show staff the nearest postal to the person that made the staff request, staff will still be teleported to the member that requested support upon request acceptance

- Our script uses 2 slash(/) commands to run the whole script (x1 used by staff, x1 used by regular community members), making sure that staff and members are not confused on what to type into the chat, allowing for quick effectiveness in support

- Our script automatically checks if the user that made the request is still currently in-game. Making sure that staff are not wasting time and are able to perform effectively

- Our script makes a list of multiple requests (if multiple requests are made) each with an integer ID, allowing staff to use a single slash(/) command to pin-point a specific support request

- Our script automatically starts a 5 minute cooldown (per player) after each support request, ensuring that regular community members are not spamming staff

- Our script can be set-up in a few short steps
